Yule Tree Farms - Terms of Service

Terms and Payment:
All prices are F.O.B. our plantation at Hornell, New York. Twenty Five percent (25%) is required as down payment at time of order. All payments must be made on loading: either by cash, check, or cashiers check, depending on previous written arrangements.

Shipping:
Delivery cost will be determined at the time of order and will be added to the total cost.

Customers picking up plant material must bring suitable horticulture covering and strapping to protect and secure plants during transport. Loading hours are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.

We cannot be held responsible for delay in shipping due to weather or conditions beyond our control.

Unloading of trucks is the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantees:
Due to the many conditions beyond our control, such as delay or poor handling in transit, improper tarping materials, improper care before and during planting, drought, fertilizer and herbicide damage after planting, we cannot guarantee survival of plant material.

We do everything possible at the nursery to ensure survival of all plant material.
